Seven Waves.
In collaboration with artist Jesse Beaman, and with the support of Syntaur and HolaWave, we created this short documentary capturing the creative process of Suzanne Ciani, framed around the presentation of her iconic album Seven Waves as part of the Age of Reflections concert tour.

Developed in collaboration with Ableton over three years, this project features Leo Méndez as Producer (Mexico), Director of Photography, and Additional Photographer.
DJ, producer, and percussionist Raúl Sotomayor (aka Tonga Conga) opens his Mexico City studio to reveal his creative process alongside Vanessa Zamora and Orestes Gómez, sampling the vibrant sounds of CDMX.

KOKÔ CECÊ - FIERA.
"Fiera" is a song by KOKÔ CECÊ, featuring Tino el Pingüino. It is a single that explores the duality between vulnerability and strength, and is part of KOKÔ CECÊ's debut album, UNIVERSA.
MAKE NOISE XPO LAUNCH.
Leo Méndez was commissioned by Make Noise to produce a demo for their new XPO module. Rather than delivering a traditional showcase, he created an abstract audiovisual piece inspired by pre-Hispanic Mexico, blending ancestral imagery and modern synthesis to form an emotive visual soundscape that amplifies the expressive power of the XPO.
SOTOMAYOR VisuaLIZER.
After a six-year hiatus, the iconic band Sotomayor returns to the stage, commissioning me to create a visualizer that captures the emotion and visual distortion of a disco ball. Here’s the fantastic result.
MUTEK MX.
Over the past five years, Leo Méndez has directed the video content for MUTEK, the most important international experimental music festival in Latin America. His work has built a visual archive that both inspires across social media and marks a key chapter in the festival’s artistic evolution over the years.
RAMON AMEZCUA 60th.
A short musical piece celebrating 60 years of Ramón Amezcua, one of Mexico’s most influential electronic music composers of the past three decades and a founding member of the Nortec Collective. Created as part of the 20th anniversary celebration of the CCEMX.
